Care That Listens, Understands, and Moves You Forward in Your Healing Journey

Thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care to help you feel more stable and supported, improve daily functioning, and achieve lasting symptom improvement.

My Story

You Deserve Care That Isn’t Rushed—Care That Listens, Understands, and Is Tailored to Your Needs.

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing medication management for adolescents and adults across New Jersey. My clinical experience includes high-acuity settings, including inpatient psychiatry, consult-liaison services, and adolescent behavioral health, supporting pre-teens and teens with mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, educating nursing students in psychiatry.

These experiences have shaped how I practice today—focused, attentive, and committed to understanding the full picture of what you’re going through, including how sleep, diet, physical activity, and underlying medical conditions all influence your mental health and overall well-being. When it comes to medication, we will work together to find what truly helps—without settling for treatments that leave you feeling worse from side effects.
